Upon receiving an MBA, Carl Ray entered the HVAC/R industry. He has 30 + years in the industry, working with two of the largest refrigerant manufacturers, before forming the rep agency. As might be expected, refrigerant is one of the lines represented. Carl is a strong supporter of HARDI and both of its predecessors, ARWI & NHRAW. He received the ARWI Booster award in the early nineties. He served for many years on the Southwest Board and the Convention Coordinator for the Regional Meeting.
